The impact of nutrition on your mental and physical health. What do deficiencies lead to?
Energy for the body and mind:
Proper nutrition provides the body with the necessary resources to carry out daily tasks. Healthy fats, proteins, and carbohydrates give the energy that supports performance both in and out of the gym. Pay special attention to whether you’re eating complex carbohydrates. This is the main source of energy for us, so be sure to include some of these foods in your diet: whole grain cereals (quinoa, brown and black rice, oatmeal, etc.), boiled or baked potatoes (especially sweet potatoes), whole grain pasta, chickpeas.
Also, it’s important not only WHAT but HOW you eat. You should eat in a calm state, chewing your food thoroughly and have 3–4 meals a day.
Impact on mood and mental health:
Nutrition directly affects our psychological state. For example, a deficiency in B vitamins or magnesium can lead to fatigue and increased anxiety. Restoring the balance of nutrients can improve your mood and reduce stress levels, as serotonin (the happiness hormone) is produced in the stomach! That’s why it’s so important what exactly you’re consuming.
Femininity and beauty:
We need to consume quality fats every day: salmon, shrimp, tuna, oysters, mackerel, and even walnuts and seeds.
This has a positive effect on the condition of your skin, hair, and nails, helping you glow without any beauty treatments. After all, true beauty starts from within.
Results in sports:
Without proper nutrition, even the best workouts will be ineffective. Are you sure you’ve eaten your daily protein intake? Symptoms of protein deficiency can include muscle weakness, brittle ligaments, difficulty concentrating and sleeping, and much more.
Choose a few of these foods and add them to your diet: white meat, tuna, mackerel, seafood, Greek yogurt. Or, if you’re vegan, pay attention to these foods: tofu, lentils, red beans, pumpkin and flax seeds.
A healthy diet also helps with recovery after workouts and contributes to achieving your fitness goals.

Healthy Fats – our beauty, feminine hormones, and quality energy, and here’s why
Fats are crucial for nutrition, participating in numerous biochemical processes. Healthy fats, like unsaturated ones from sources such as olive oil and fatty fish, provide energy, regulate cholesterol, support heart health, and improve nutrient absorption. Excluding fats can impair cognition. Seek medical advice if gastrointestinal issues arise from fat consumption.
